We fully expect you to be happy with your order. If you are not, hats and shirts may be returned or exchanged only once within 30 days of receiving your order. They must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition you received them.

Please return them with your name, order number, and a short explanation for why you made the return. We are happy to make an exchange or refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded on your original purchase and the buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.

For all other products including drinkware, patches, pins, and stickers we do not accept returns.


What if the order is lost in the mail?

Packages lost in transit must be reported within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. In this case, we'll cover the reprinting and shipping costs. Please keep in mind, we do not replace orders if tracking states it was delivered.
